 How do I get started?

There are two ways to get started. You can work through our sales representative via email or phone (800) 642-2506.  We will help you with everything you need from setting up to successful selling.  

 

What is the requirement to open a professional/wholesale account?

To create an account you must have an established business with a valid tax id# and resale license. For shipping purposes we need a physical shipping address (no P.O. Box), the primary contact’s full name and contact information (including a valid email address). We accept most major credit cards for payment.

 

Once my account is established, how do I place ongoing orders?

You can log into your account via phabalancepro and enter your order there. Or you can contact your sales representative by calling (800) 642-2506 or emailing sales@phbalanceskincare.com.

 

Are there monthly or yearly minimum reorder requirements?

We are here to support your business and grow together, therefore we do not require minimum reorder quantities.

Absolutely! We reward businesses with monthly and seasonal promotions, incentives, and new product launch introductory offers.

 

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States only, using US Postal Service for reliable and efficient shipping. At this time orders cannot be delivered to P.O boxes or outside the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped M-F during regular business hours.

Process and shipping time may take 5-7 business days, depending upon your location and holiday hours. For additional help, contact our customer service at sales@phbalanceskincare.com.

Please ensure your shipping and billing information is correct. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at sales@phbalanceskincare.com. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to best to make the change within standard business hours.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order goes out. If it’s too late for our team to cancel or modify your order, you can return your order to us upon receipt. We reserve the right to cancel accounts that are not in line with our policies.

 

Damage and Return Policy

pH Balance Skincare®, LLC ensures the high quality of its product line and rarely experiences returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will gladly accept returns when there is an error in shipping, a defective product, or a customer has a reaction to a product.

 

Returns

You have 24 hours to inspect your shipment and report any shipping damages or problems. Please take photos and send email with date, relevant order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return to sales@phbalanceskincare.com. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions for your return package.

 

All returns must be pre-approved by your sales representative. To be eligible for a return it needs to be in the same condition that you received it and include the receipt or proof of purchase.  Only Items purchased from pHbalancepro.com will be eligible. Items purchased in a skin care professional’s office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.  Note: Refunds may not be issued if the items have been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective, returns are not shipped properly.

 

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges for any phbalancepro purchase All returns must be pre-approved according to our return policy. If approved, and item is received within 30 days, a store credit will be issued and can be used to purchase the new product. Note: Not applicable to any gift with purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How can I get free samples?

Every quarter phbalancepro will re-evaluate your free sample quota based on your order history. For new wholesale accounts, companies will receive 3 samples each case the first quarter.
